Tracie Hoffman, President

Tracie HoffmanChild Care Professionals was founded in 1985 to provide quality child care for professional families in Greater Cincinnati. Tracie Hoffman, a native of Cincinnati and president of Child Care Professionals, is a graduate of DePauw University, with a B.A. degree in Economics. Throughout her corporate career as a national sales manager, Tracie and her husband employed two nannies over 12 years. Thus, Tracie understands and respects the perspective of both the family and the nanny. Tracie brings this knowledge to each family and nanny with whom she works.

Susan Dineen

Susan DineenSusan received her BS in Kindergarten Primary Education from the University of Cincinnati. After teaching for several years she applied her passion for children outside the classroom, raising her own three children. In 1984, Susan founded Child Care Professionals to place trusted childcare providers in homes of professional parents. Susan continues as an advisor to the agency.

Caren Burger

Caren BurgerCaren, the former owner of Home Management Services—and a nurse by training, placed nannies and housekeepers in the homes of Greater Cincinnati families for over 20 years. Because Home Management Services and Child Care Professionals enjoyed a long standing mutual respect and sharing of best practices, Caren and Tracie merged Home Management Services into Child Care Professionals when Caren retired in 2012. Caren continues as an advisor to the agency.

Child Care Professionals is the largest nanny referral agency in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. The joining of the two agencies nearly doubled the number of available nannies, providing families with an even larger and stronger base of candidates from which to choose.
