You know you are ready to join a great family.

Are you passionate about working with children?
Do you have prior childcare experience?
Do others consider you of high moral character?
Do you have a strong work ethic, and are you a proactive thinker?

If so, then Child Care Professionals is interested in speaking with you to explore possible employment as a Nanny with a great family. Here is what you can expect when you work with CCP:

Employment with Cincinnati’s best families
The majority of our families come to us word-of-mouth from other great families who have worked through our agency thus continuing the cycle of our agency representing wonderful families.

Educated employers
We believe in setting realistic expectations for both our families and our nannies. Thus, from the first conversation with a family, they are made aware of what they can expect from a CCP nanny, as well as what a nanny will expect from them. Our families are fully aware of market compensation, Household Employer Taxes, Paid Time off, mileage reimbursement, and possible health benefits.

Relationships built on mutual respect
We understand our reputation relies on the caliber of nanny we place. We do not take this for granted. We have a relationship of mutual respect with nannies, which then extends into the relationship between family and nanny.

Integrity and experience
We’ve been placing nannies in homes of professional families for over 30 years. We bring this experience to every nanny with whom we work. We act in the best interest of both the nanny and the family.

Fair and balanced work agreement
When a CCP family shares that they have found the right nanny for their family and would like to extend an offer, we provide the family with a copy of our Family/Nanny Agreement to outline both the job offer and expectations/responsibilties. This insures that all components of the compensation package are fairly addressed, and expectations and responsibilities are clearly defined.
